Events

Annual Day

Annual day is a major event that is hosted by us every year, with a new theme. Children are seen in various costumes and colors, dancing and singing to different tunes, and taking part in skits. Qualified dance choreographers and music teachers guide children to showcase their talent.

Sports Day

Students from L.K.G to 10^th Std participate in our annual sports program. The event starts off with a drill and a march past, followed by various group formations made by students of different houses – Red, Green, Blue and Yellow, along with different sport competitions. Prize distribution takes place towards the end of the event. Some fun games and activities are also arranged for the parents.

Valedictory Day

St. Mary’s High School conducts a function every year to bid farewell to the outgoing students. This event, though much awaited by the students usually ends up with nostalgic memories and shedding of tears as students have to bid farewell to their Alma Mater. The best dressed boy, and best dressed girl are given an award. Some exciting performances and games are also hosted by the teachers.

Trips and Excursions

At our school, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. Our carefully planned trips and excursions offer students exciting opportunities to explore new places, experience different cultures, and connect with nature. Whether it’s a visit to historical sites, science museums, nature camps, or amusement parks, each trip is designed to spark curiosity, encourage teamwork, and create lasting memories. These experiences help students grow intellectually and socially, preparing them for the world beyond school.

Other events

A few other events that are held every year are the celebrations of festivals like Diwali, Eid, and Christmas. Special days like Children’s day and Teacher’s day are also celebrated with some fun activities and performances.

This inculcates the understanding and values of various cultures in students, and makes them respect one another.
